The room was modern and very clean. The shower pressure was great, best shower I’ve had in Vietnam. Aircon was great and friendly staff.

The bed was very very hard, I found it very uncomfortable.

I knew this hotel before Covid, it was very nice. It seems that it suffered a lot from the crisis years... And maybe the ownership/management changed... Anyway, i⁶t needs a lot of repairs and care to get everything back to correct situation...

The ladies at Reception are lovely, very helpful. Whoever cleaned my room did a nice job. The room itself was nice, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was nice. As I left at 7am my last day, the nice Receptionists very kindly provided a few "to go" foods.

Nothing to say about "what didn't you like".

The location is great! Room was very clean and nice! The staff were incredibly friendly. Free sauna use & discount on spa facilities!

Very small sauna (1 person), massages were ok but more like a rub than massage.
