Das Personal im Hotel war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, hat sich um alles direkt gekümmert Auf Anfrage wurde uns ein Paket gemäß unserer Anfrage gerichtet! Das Zimmer mit Balkon war super groß und sehr nett eingerichtet

Das Frühstück einfach, man konnte auf der Karte zwischen Eier und Brot, und Suppe auswählen

Le personnel très sympa. Exactitude pour le taxi qu'ils ont appelé. Le petit déjeuner très copieux. Le lavage du linge, 5h après on l'avait.

Some western choices for breakfast

Fijn hotel op een centrale locatie in Hué. In ongeveer een kwartiertje lopen ben je in het centrum. De kamer was ruim en schoon, maar het is vooral het personeel dat hier het verschil maakt. Iedereen was zo aardig en behulpzaam. Mijn partner en ik kwamen aan met een nachtbus. We konden niet eerder inchecken omdat het hotel was volgeboekt, maar mochten beneden in de spa ruimte rusten tot onze kamer klaar was. Zo fijn. Ik zou hier zeker nog een keer verblijven.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The hotel is well located, in a quiet area with a pleasant view of the river. What stood out the most was the staff: they were extremely attentive and helpful, always doing their best to assist us with every request and even trying to anticipate our needs. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay especially enjoyable.For the price, the value is outstanding — honestly more than one could expect.

The only minor issue was with the shower, where the water pressure was a bit low. Aside from that small detail, everything was excellent and the staff consistently went out of their way to help us with anything we needed.

Habitación muy amplia y luminosa. Buenas vistas y tv con acceso a netflix,etc. Buen aire acondicionado. El desayuno bueno.Ubicación buena para ir a cenar a restaurantes de la zona.

El mobiliario esta bien pero un poco mal conservado.
