Ocean Inn & Suites

The property is right across the street from the beach which makes it a perfect location.

The property is very old but under renovation so will probably be beautiful again.

The location is great and the main reason I booked this accommodation.

Having already booked and paid for my room online, it only become evident later that major construction and renovations were being made at the location. This greatly impacted on the overall state of the hotel. The room was also below expectations, with the curtains being torn, the bed poorly made, the AC/Heating system so loud you had to turn it off at night, the shower head overgrown with mold and deposits (that I opted not to shower). The coffee machine in the lobby also appear to lack regular cleaning. Overall, very disappointed.

I did not stay at the hotel. The hotel was unacceptable.

Unacceptable. Hotel was in disarray with cardboard on the floors in the hallway, dingy walls, everything outdated. Window unit in the room for heating and cooling. View overlooked trashed bin with construction debris. Room was outdated and advertising didn't match to reality.

The location was nice

Our door didn’t lock upon check in and it stayed that way until late morning the next day
