Not buggy friendly. Dodgy locks on the doors. Everything a bit old in the room. Pool bar was poor. Couldn't buy a ice-cream or a cocktail. Pizza was small and overpriced. Lack of towels.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The reception is clean however the rooms are awful. The rooms are really dirty and outdated. The rooms had a really awful smell, in the bathroom the taps and shower was full of hard limescale the bath was stained. On one evening I went to take a shower and there was no hot water was told to wait 2.5 hours because the boiler was plugged out. On our first night we were awoken by the receptionist at 2am standing over us in our room asking what our names were because apparently we were not on their system. When we went to check the next morning the day time receptionist had said our names were on the system. The bar man at the pool was so rude and so unhelpful. The cleaners only came in to make the bed no clean towels given the bins weren’t emptied and the used towels weren’t taken away. The pool area was never cleaned there was rubbish blowing around and cups everywhere for the 3 days I was here. The toilets down at the pool are filthy they had no toilet roll ever. The hotel claims to be family friendly with entertainment which is not true at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

Had a terrible experience at this hotel, on the first day, we arrived at 11am and we were told our room wasn’t even clean and couldn’t check in until 4. Eventually when we did check in and got into our room, we had WARM air-con, lights weren’t working, and staff took ages to accommodate us. This problem couldn’t be resolved, so we got moved to another room, same problem, warm air-con and NO TV! Third time lucky, we got moved again and we had cold air-con. The staff at the bar were very slow taking ages to serve drinks and to get a decent service. Food was poor, and not to mention the fact there was no cutlery and got handed a STRAW to eat my food with! Ignore the 4* rating as it most definitely is NOT 4*. I would rate it at 2.

the bar was not open on the first day, the pool was dirty, there was no hot water in our room. the pool toilets for the womens had the roof fallen down with wires and lights hanging down almost on the ground, it was extremely unsafe, we ordered a pizza from the bar when it was open and it was just bread with cheese. The noise was so loud on every night, we could hear every other room and some were up partying until 5/6am. It was so uncomfortable and almost unbearable. It just seemed extemerely unorganised too

Good customer service, close to supermarkets and town, beaches.

This really can’t be 4 star hotel. Check in timing are late and they won’t let you to check in any earlier. On our first day we arrived and wanted to get some food and drinks while waiting to get a key for our rooms. At the bar there was three stuff but only one lady who knew what she was doing. We were unable to get drinks of our choice as they didn’t had the blender to mix it. Poor food choices, we ordered few different food however only cheese and ham toasties were decent. My friends ordered pizzas and with the all respect you can get better ones at the supermarket frozen section. Pizza wasn’t even cooked, looked like its been warmed at the microwave and cost us more than €10.00. No other bars or facilities on this hotel. Once we finally got into our room, we were charged security deposit of £300/€300 per room for any damages which is understandable however once I’ve seen the state of the rooms it made me super angry. We had three room, two of them had no water, third one didn’t had the electrics. We had to work out how to fix it ourselves. Rooms were not a 4 start hotel standards. Hotel and rooms are not the cleanest, tv wasn’t working and they only give you one key per two bed apartment which made our holiday very difficult.

Sin embargo, tuvimos muchos problemas, los cuales muchos de ellos el personal no nos solucionó. Primero, al llegar no teníamos cortinas, tuvimos que llamar para que nos la pusieran ya que el resto de habitaciones tenían, y al ser un ventanal grande, nos veían desde fuera y entraba mucha luz. Segundo, nos tuvimos que duchar dos días con agua fría, el primer día no hicieron caso de mi queja y el segundo día ya vinieron a arreglarlo. Tercero, el aire tenía un problema con el mando, por lo que no podíamos apagarlo, fui a quejarme y lo apagaron de tal forma que ya no podíamos encenderlo. Fui de nuevo a quejarme y no hicieron caso, por lo que los últimos días estuvimos sin aire. Cuarto, es un hotel bastante ruidoso, muchos gritos en los pasillos y poco respeto en zonas comunes, gente jugando a la pelota en una piscina que es bastante pequeña como para hacer eso. Sin duda no repetiría aquí.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and fell well below expectations. Throughout our stay, we experienced a different major issue each day. On the first night, there was no hot water in our room. On the second night, we had no water at all, and on the third night, there was a power outage twice. Maintenance staff were called to our room every single day to deal with various problems. What made the experience even more frustrating was that we discovered other guests were experiencing similar issues, so it was clearly not an isolated problem with our room. Despite this, we were never offered an alternative room or any meaningful solution. The cleanliness of the hotel was also very poor. Common areas appeared dirty and poorly maintained, and the route to the pool was dusty, muddy, and uninviting. The pool area itself was difficult to find and did not feel particularly well looked after. Although housekeeping serviced our room, we regularly found hairs on the freshly made beds, the floors had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom was very outdated, with yellowing and discoloured sealant throughout. Also no WiFi at all in the rooms and the air con does not work. The service left a lot to be desired. There were no cocktails available during our first two days, communication was often difficult due to limited English spoken by staff, and many employees came across as blunt and unwelcoming. A friendly smile or warm interaction was noticeably lacking. There were a few positives. There were always plenty of sun loungers available by the pool, our studio room was well equipped with kitchen utensils, and the other guests staying at the hotel were friendly and pleasant. However, these positives were not enough to outweigh the numerous issues we encountered. Do not be deceived by the modern appearance of the exterior and reception area—behind this, the hotel is tired, run-down, and in need of significant improvement.
