the main pool was nice,the wifi worked and had a good location next to a big supermarket.

BED BUGS! the pools were dirty and needed a clean (the child's pool in-particular, as i could see the same plaster sat in the water there all week). check in was late, especially when we arrived early staff were poorly trained and unengaged and slow to help the room when we arrived only provided us with one towel between the two of us, most of the light switches did not work and one when turned on caused a power cut to the room the worst thing about the room was the bed bugs myself and my partner got from sleeping in the beds!!

The day I left. There was literally nothing else to like.

Check in - clear racketeering going on. Declared that every guest had to pay €300 deposit. Though this only applied to a few. The sign said card payments available but the receptionist demanded cash and demanded visits to the nearest ATM. The receptionist was incredibly rude and not helpful in anyway. Bedroom - last decorated in 1972 and not seen a pick of paint or change of sheets/sofa since. Multiple large cockroaches! No air conditioning in 36 degree heat! The door, aka the entrance to the bedroom had no lock. Fortunately even the homeless wouldn’t sleep there so belongings were safe. Shower - would have been better to wash in the sea! Dirty water without pressure. Pool area - torn, worn out fake astroturfing lined the roofs with cheap plastic Blue sunbeds. Enough for 12 people. Check out - did finally get deposit back in full. But saw a check list of fines that included €50 for any marks on towels/bed sheets (even though they were already marked), €200 for a room clean, €100 for loss of remote controls, €300 for loss of key (singular, only one key per room) etc etc.

Our room was pool location.

The room was very outdated and the drains smelt bad as soon as you walked in. Had to go out and buy bleach for the toilet and the drains, the cleaners had not long been in there as all the floors was still wet, so how they never smelt the drains is beyond me.Door to balcony was very stiff , could hardly open it, we had some spray so had to keep spraying the door runner just to open it. As soon as you put the key in for electric the air conditioning came on, the weather was really nice but not that hot where the air conditioning needed to be on. couldn’t switch it of as no batteries for the remote, the receptionist wouldn’t give us any, said they would send maintenance to look at the problem they never came. The problem was we needed two batteries which they refused to give us. We could have gone out and bought some but I didn’t see why I should have to when they had refused to give us some for their remote, had to take key out of electric just to turn air conditioning off so most of the time we had no lights. The apartment in general was very old and outdated, there was nothing comfortable about the apartment or the Hotel. Very disappointing.
