O apartamento, apesar da decoração ser outdated, era amplo e estava limpo. Os funcionários da receção foram atenciosos.

"AVOID COMPLETELY. A FILTHY DIRTY KIP"

I didn’t eat as the overall cleanliness was completely disgusting

Like many others, unfortunately I decided to give this hotel a chance despite the reviews- a mistake I won’t repeat. And like the rest of the reviews on trip advisor, I will expect nothing more than a copy and pasted response as other have with their reviews. I don’t blame the staff on the ground, these faults lie firmly with senior management who have zero knowledge of customer care. A complete disaster of a hotel, an hovel would be a better description and yet they give themselves 4 stars rating- shocking! No working air conditioning. The rooms were filthy. Very basic cleaning was very poor in the rooms and general communal areas within the entire hotel. The only place that appeared to be anywhere near clean was the reception area- maybe that is to prevent the guests checking in from running back out of the door? If you are a group of more than 2 people you are asked for €300 euro cash when checking in. Bathroom: The bathroom tiles grouting were black with mould/ dirt. The non slip surface in the bath was back with dirt. The hot water was hit and miss. It was either no hot water at peak time usage or varied from freezing cold to extremely hot, no in between. Broken fixtures throughout the apartment. Beds: These apartments have 2 beds which are as hard as rocks and a sofa bed which makes 2 beds- also as hard as rocks. If you are expecting a decent sleep, get another actual hotel. 1 metal key issued between 4 adults. Kitchen Area: Included a kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 ring glass hob cooker, basic cutlery, glasses cups plates under the counter fridge which was barely working. Pool area: The tiles or Sunbeds in the pool area were never cleaned. The place was littered with cigarette butts and used plastic cups and empty beer cans. The toilets and shower facilities in the pool area were also grim. There was no toilet paper and a huge crack in the door of the ladies bathroom so people could see in when you were using it. Staff: Eugenia was nice

Durante a nossa estadia, tivemos alguns inconvenientes que afetaram o nosso conforto. Somos 2 adultos e 2 crianças e, após regressarmos da praia, começámos a dar banho às crianças. Durante o banho, a água começou a ficar fria e, ao terminar, já não havia água quente disponível para que eu e o meu marido pudéssemos tomar banho. Comunicámos à receção que o chuveiro tinha deixado de aquecer a água e que não havia iluminação na sala nem na cozinha. Foi-nos informado que seria enviado um colaborador da manutenção, mas houve uma demora considerável até à sua chegada. Após cerca de 30 minutos de verificação, concluiu que as lâmpadas estavam queimadas. Apenas uma foi substituída naquele momento, ficando a outra por trocar no dia seguinte. Tivemos ainda de aguardar várias horas até que a água quente voltasse a estar disponível. Consideramos que estas situações deveriam ter sido identificadas e resolvidas antes da entrada dos hóspedes, pois afetaram significativamente o conforto e a qualidade da nossa estadia. Além disso, o elevador apresentava falhas frequentes e, por diversas vezes, não funcionava para subir, obrigando-nos a utilizar as escadas para chegar à receção, localizada no 3.º piso, a partir do nosso alojamento no 1.º piso. Para uma família com duas crianças, esta situação representou um transtorno adicional durante a estadia.
