Very dirty room and bedding ask to clean they didn’t clean it till next day room was very small and lift was broken so all the guests had to walk upstairs and I was staying in the 10th floor

The good: 🙂 location 🙂 no bugs 🙂 clean 🙂 Superfast internet: ⬇️ 320 Mbps, ⬆️ 269 🙂 got a room at the 10th floor with a balcony and a nice view over Manila 😍

FYI: not a hotel (no reception, but an office), it's more a "serviced apartment" The "not so good": 😐 need to kill 2 skeeters right after entering the apartment The ugly: 🙁 arriving with suitcase and backpack, and before even check-in I was asked by the guard for the room number, if I'm eligible to enter the building ... no comment 🙁 check-in felt unorganized: paying deposit of 2k, no receipt, because the vault is locked until tomorrow ... huh? So, check-ins are possible from 3pm onwards, deposits are mandatory, but tenants don't get a receipt upon payment? 🙁 signing papers that: - 1st: everything with the room is OK, without having seen it (it's like renting a bike and sign, it's in good condition without having seen it - would you do that?), - 2nd: I will behave properly (well, actually that shouldn't require a signature, but, OK, there might be other people ...) 🙁 Check-out: well, I shall trust you, but you don't trust me? After 2 ladies checked the room, I got the deposit back
