"Sparling clean. Problem is noise."

I009 faces road traffic so they moved me to 307. Still humming noise from the sky well or courtyard AC units. I wish they could use double pane ( glass 6mm vacuum 6mm glass 6mm 3 layer insulation ) glass windows , and thick layer cotton padded walls for better sound proof or insulation. Noise and gas pollution problems are rampant in metro areas.
