Website(Expedia) doesn't allow to chose a/c or non a/c rooms. Can't really blame the hotel for that. However when we book of a deluxe room we expect it to be a/c. Other than that everything was pretty decent.

Located in dingy surroundings, garbage all around. If you have a car, you cannot take it to the hotel - the approach is so bad! Staff is unhelpful.

Though it was centrally located, the hotel has to upgrade its cleanliness. Besides I encountered very rude reception persons, inspite of having booked and paid for hotel stay so many days in advance.

House keeping is not much good, not provided basic requirement like bath towel, soaps, past, etc

on the good side, it is near good restaurants and Satyam - the theatre chain. On the downside I found the room to be stuffy and not without proper ventilation.

We stayed here as a cheap choice before an early morning flight and the experience was just fine. The AC worked great and there were TV and tea/coffee facilities available. No towels or toilet paper was available, however. They happily arranged our 330am car to the airport and woke us up promptly.

Toilets are not cleaned properly, looks very dirty cockroach roaming on beds, selves and sofa areaT.V remote not functioned also made compliant about T.V but given explanation T.V. Sensor is not working properly it is most in convince about changing channels, volume control etc, In addition to that WIFI service is not worked during my stay i caused and impacted my personal and professional work Good thing about hotel is Great Room Services & drop up service Thanks for that...... In addition to very near for food restaurants

It wasn't clean. Service ok. Neighborhood wasnt clean. Rooms did not look like pictures online.
