The service was amazing

This is a good hotel but has some areas where it could be improved. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the executive club was great with lovely snacks and free flowing alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks from 5.30 to 8.30 pm ( we felt very well looked after there) and breakfast at momo’s was very good. The pillows were the most comfortable we have ever had in a hotel and there is access to a very good gym. The only negative points were that we were not informed about the construction work taking place on the upper floors until we arrived and this was quite noisy during the day and our room was not very clean - the bathroom could have been cleaner ( there was a urine drip on the toilet seat and I found a large fingernail or toenail in the bed - so not great). I would however recommend this hotel overall.

Courtyard Hyderabad ……quite a distance away fr Rajiv Gandhi international Airport ….it takes morethan an hour to reach Courtyard hotel …..Rooms are observed a little congested with not so big WC & Toilet combined. Gud room service, kept & decorated the room to welcome. Thanks to Management & House keeping for the warmth ……..a Birds Eye view fr window - the Hussain Sagar Lake……..

I like property , convenient to market place , very nice place stay with family .

Overall, excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, top notch restaurants, and, most importantly, AWESOME people. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. My positive experience with the Courtyard Hyderabad began months before we even checked in (see below). This continued with our super pleasant airport pickup by Ravi and Mubeen. They received us outside the airport's exit immediately after we walked out. Just super kind and friendly people. I would absolutely opt for the airport pickup again. I would also like to specially thank Sajid who went above and beyond months before we checked in. He helped me plan a family get-together for approximately 30 people and a birthday cake for our 12YO son at the Okra restaurant at the Marriott hotel next door (3-minute indoor walk). Not only did Sajid take care of EVERY detail with utmost precision, he also made me feel like I was a part of HIS family. I cannot thank Sajid enough. Our family get-together was an extremely pleasant and memorable experience. And the Okra brunch buffet selection was just expansive and delicious. Sajid even let us order a few a la carte items that were very good as well. The food and service at the Momo Cafe (at the Courtyard Hyderabad) are excellent as well. We only did breakfasts here. The selection was just as expansive and delicious. Finally, I would like to specifically thank every single person who went above and beyond to make our stay at the Courtyard Hyderabad truly exceptional. Those people, listed in alphabetical order are: * Abhishek * Arvind * Eshwar * Gaurav (all three of them) * Mubeen (our super friendly, knowledgeable, and kind airport pickup driver) * Nuresha * Ranjith (drove us to Charminar, Golkonda Fort, my aunt's house x2, a jewelry store, Shah Ghouse restaurant, and the airport. he's super patient, friendly, and knowledgeable.) * Ravi (received us at the airport with Mubeen) * Rugved (helped coordinate our airport pickup) * Sajid (see above; just an all star) * Siraj * Vanisree Do yourself a favor and book this hotel for every Hyderabad stay. That's what I plan on doing. Zero regrets. Total peace of mind.

Clean and supportive room service staff!

Staff were friendly. Construction on top floors were annoying. AC stopped working all day inspite of the technician confirming it was fixed. I won’t be coming back.

all good but the heater was blowing cold air. the pool is cold water. overall nice, safe. friendly staff. Very nice Breakfast!

The staff and service were excellent! Everyone was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special, recommending places to visit and restaurants that we would enjoy. The Tattva spa was one of the highlights of the stay, particularly the Potli massage. The hygiene and general cleanliness was satisfactory. There was a large variety of dishes available at both breakfast and dinner, however it could have been a little more diverse for people that cannot eat so much spice. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
