Sun Lodge, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Rob was the absolute best! We have stayed at 5 Star resorts and haven’t gotten the service, help and overall great customer service we have received from your host Rob.

The fireplace in the main lobby wasn’t on in the morning or afternoon. It would be a much better experience if you kept the fireplace going from 6AM-10PM. The fire would have been great to sit by in the cold morning.

Older and outdated.

Staff was very warm, funny, welcoming. Created a nice atmosphere of community. Can’t beat the price for Ski in/ski out.

Rooms very basic.

Great location. Hotel staff extremely helpful they work out with me a new date for our trip. Big thanks to Rob.Love Bromley we will come back!!!

Hotel needs some upgrades but I don’t care about that!! Absolutely fantastic location.

I understand this motel is getting remodeled soon but it shouldn’t even be open, just poor overall. The staff was the best part. Continental breakfast is included but try to sell you on an up charge breakfast for $10 extra a person which is not worth it…my pancakes were raw. Food was just awful. Maybe I’ll try again after remodel but this place is over priced and just not worth the money.

The rooms were just plain outdated but had microwave&a fridge. But when my kids were to use the tub, it didnt seem so clean and also, the tissues were not replaced which made me wonder if they even cleaned the bathroom in general. If not skiing at bromley for the price I dont think its worth it. Although if skiing at bromley it is right next to it. The continental breakfast also had a bagel, white/wheat breat , yogurt , apples and boiled eggs , coffee and juices and that was it which to me was very disappointing.

Friendly staff, good value and location.

The place is surely a little dated, but we hear it will be renovated soon.

The night manger Robert greeted us with a smile and was very professional. He made us feel welcomed and comfortable in a place we never been. I highly recommend this place for your stay.
