The staff was very friendly and helpful..The breakfast was very skimpy..They had muffins and other things for buses but not for us.

Robin, who checked us in, was really friendly.

It is used by coach tours. So breakfast was blocked by them for the 1st hour. Hotel is a bit tired.

"Was a place to lay our heads ,good thing had an elevator as we're over 60's"

Had nice view of valley after rain left and fog lifted ,left no breakfast as had prior engagement with friends down in Manchester.

Broken knobs on heater in room ,no pictures or wall themes, plain colors ,no pastels . TV service almost non existent, NO ICE MACINE ,WAS IN COOLER IN LOBBY? NO VENDING MACHINES WITH ACCESS TO SODA ,DRINKS OR WATER THAT WE FOUND ?
