The elevator kept malfunctioning. The bathroom faucet was difficult to use.

The room was dingy and not very clean. Needs a real good going over. Your bathroom fixtures were loose, no plug in sink, just outdated. We won't stay there again.

Which one the lobby eating area was the nicest part and it was next to a grocery store.

Our room had stains all over the carpet, chipped paint (out dated)and people coming and going from the local casinos so loud.

Location and breakfast included. I've stayed here many times. The staff always exceeds my expectations. Very friendly and helpful.

I stayed in room 319. I think the mattresses should be replaced. It was uncomfortable and lumpy. After driving 7 hrs and another 9 hours ahead of me the next day, I only slept a couple of hours. Not the restful sleep I'd hoped for. Also, the shower curtain smelled musty. It probably should be replaced too.

The staff was fantastic and the breakfast was good.

The building needs an update. It seemed worn and tired.

Clean. Friendly staff. Sheet with dinner suggestions at front desk. Not old and run down facilities. Felt new or very well kept.

Stiff bed.

We were welcomed upon arrival. Our beds were very comfortable. Great location and affordable.

No complaints
