"Out stay was comfortable and very nice."

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly and kept the breakfast bar well stocked and exceptionally clean.

The pillows in the room were only fair. The room was very clean and spacious!

"Decent option in Ely, especially if you are needing a family suite"

The suite had two bedrooms and a hideabed in the living room. It was nice to have these separate spaces

There was not an elevator and you needed to go to a different hotel building to eat breakfast. The beds were nice but the hide a bed was awful. My kids needed to sleep with their heads at the foot of the bed because it was so angled down. The springs were also quite intense

"Great clean property, parking is horrid"

Clean property. Parking is very strange however.

Parking Parkin Parking. this was not planeed and there are not enough spaces per room capita.
