Staff

1st room the smell of deodorant was unbearable. After discussion with front desk and demand of another room she finally moved us to another room which did not smell as bad. Was told first room had had a pet in it the night before and they had just finished with deodorant just before we got there..that is unexceptable. Then we were told they had a room. But was on 2nd floor with no elevator. My husband and I are both in our seventies and he is disabled. Again unexceptable.. Also. I am a diabetic and the breakfast contain one protein. Eggs. which did not taste good. A diabetic on a low carb diet needs protein not carbs..

Convenient to train activities

Carpets in room 326 need washing badly. Y feet were black from walking around without shoes for a short time.
