Not very clean and covers was very nasty

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there were no towels in the room upon my check-in and I had to request them at the front desk. Also, my room was a suite, but the only available trash can was a tiny one in the bathroom. The light fixture above the kitchenette sink was missing its bulb. Luckily I was able to do my food prep at the desk, which had its own lamp and plenty of light.

The only negative is that the shower water wasn't hot, it was lukewarm at best. Otherwise they stay would have perfect.

Its location is very convenient for driving, dining, and shopping. Ample parking. The "breaker" kept shutting off the electricity in the dining room resulting in cold coffee and no waffles. Stale bagels. No stopper in the bathroom sink, say goodbye to anything dropped there. Bed sheets with holes. No maid service for 3 days. Room so small we could barely get the suitcase cart into the room. Very little seems to have been reinvested into property upkeep.

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my years of traveling. We had five rooms reserved and two hours before we were to arrive, We got a call from the manager stating they were having plumbing problems and they needed to cancel our rooms. We arrived at the hotel asking if there were any rooms available, they said yes we just had five cancellations. I then informed them that I was the reservation and I wanted those rooms. They tried to tell me the rooms were now tripled in price and would be over $600 when they were originally $220. They did offer us rooms at the Knights Inn, which a few of our party went and looked at, they were horrible, filled with bedbugs And not anything I would ever consider staying at. They had people using electric skillet, coming out and dumping the grease on the sidewalks and the neighborhood looked very unsafe. Two of my party paid the extra money to have a place to stay, the next morning while walking through to the elevator one of the rooms I reserved was open, house keeping just cleaned it. I went in to the room and took a video and imagine that there was ZERO water damage I very STRONGLY suggest NEVER using this facility for your out of town needs
