The beds were terrific. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The negative issue was the shower needed some repairs.

I liked staying at this hotel because of the location.

I know things are washed in mass, but my blanket had stains, huge cigarette hole burn ans things i dont want to know on it. My sheet had pen scribbles on it. I had no bathroom mat for the floor, only 2 towels for the whole weekend. My remote had a huge burnt spot on it. My pillows still had hair on them. The amount i paid, the pictures online didnt look like the actual hotel room. I was pretty disappointed in my room, especially foe my first time ever being in Wisconsin. I told the girl at front desk i will not need a 2nd key, but yet they gave a person a key to my room anyways. I was not happy about that. Overall, i thought it could have been way cleaner

Just overall disappointing

You get what you pay for. It was not the cleanest place. Almost looked like someone else had stayed there and was left like that.

Wrong room

Decent hotel for what we needed. Walls are thin and not a lot of options for breakfast. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

Had to move to another room because of the couch. The first couch didn’t work and the second one doesn’t even have a mattress, and the pillows were soiled

The room was comfortable. The hotel is understaffed, the desk person took time off of mopping the entrance to check me in. The breakfast needed attention. The only coffee available was in a decaf carafe (orange top) that was on a plate with the heat off, so it was cold. The other carafes were empty.
