The room was small, especially the bath area. The room was clean, and the staff replaced our towels.

Breakfast was disappointing. Not a lot of choices. The pool needs attention.

Great place to stay with exceptional value. Rooms was very clean and spacious. This hotel has undergone some remodeling. We were in a remodeled pet friendly room which was fabulous for us as we were traveling with a new puppy. Pet fees very reasonable. Beds and pillows very comfortable ( in fact way more comfortable than the last 6 times I have stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn in other cities). Staff and owner are extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet even though they were completely sold out the night I stayed. We cone to Branson twice a year and will definitely stay here from now on. It's nothing fancy but not advertised at that. It's clean, comfortable, spacious and great value for the money.

Older hotel, but very clean and comfortable. Located close to everything and off the main strip so less congested and easier to get to attractions.

Request a room away from the patio. Since it is an older hotel the windows let in alot of noise. Unfortunately, some guest decided to stay up till 2am talking on the patio and we could here them as if they were sitting in our room.

Room was clean, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and location was ideal.

I'm not particularly fond of the motels with linking inner hallway, like a hotel. Personally I like a external door directly to the outside.

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was hot and well stocked. LaDonna was great at breakfast. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

Our room could have been vacuumed better at check in. There were items under the chair and in the bathroom.
