Great location . Ample parking. Friendly staff. Excellent coffee!

Breakfast was great and the staff all were very friendly. The rooms were basic but very clean. I loved how the AC unit worked. Plenty of towels. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were ready early which was very helpful.

Could have used a brighter light by beds.

We checked in Friday evening and my mother woke up suddenly ill. After checking with the Dr, he is confident it was due to mold exposure. This makes sense because every time the window unit ac would turn on, we would smell strong mildew, or "musty". We tried to air out the room as we left for dinner , but it returned during the need and we woke up to her with symptoms aligning to black mold exposure. I realize this property is old and has a lot of old carpet, but there is clearly water somewhere in the ac and it is not producing good air quality. They should probably check into that before more people end up feeling the same way. We won't be staying there again.

Breakfast wasn’t all that great. Only ate breakfast there once while we stayed. The way the hotel was laid out wasn’t good. The hotel policy was no dogs. But two ladies were walking their dogs up and down the halls. I would say won’t stay here again, but don’t plan on coming back to Branson.
