Healdsburg Inn on the Plaza, A Four Sisters Inn

Their location is PERFECT on Healdsburg square. We easily walked to dinner every night. Healdsburg was a nice home base for exploring the area, too. Breakfasts were good- usually an egg dish, toast/pastries, and fruit.

Website directed us to park in an expensive lot (Airgarage) and we paid $50 for parking when we arrived, thinking free spots wouldn’t be available. There’s a free lot down the street and plenty of street parking- don’t pay the air garage rates!!!

Small bed, basically no windows, marginal bedding

A wonderful B&B located directly in the Healdsburg square. The rooms are well laid out and the beds very comfortable. They have a really nice evening wine and cheese hour and a complimentary breakfast each morning. The morning we were there they had the most delicious blueberry scones we have ever had! We had one small issue during our stay that was handled perfectly. We have stayed at a number of hotels and B&B's in Healdsburg but they either are not as nice as The Healdsburg Inn or not as conveniently located to the square for dining options and just walking around.

Guest service was excellent. The breakfast was good, and I liked having wine and cheese in the evening. The superb location was why I stayed at your Inn. I am a senior traveling alone, and I liked the idea of being able to walk onto the plaza for shopping and meals.

I thought everything was excellent, except my room had no windows to the outside; I had to open the door to a shared balcony, which didn't feel safe as I was a senior woman traveling alone. The staff offered me a fan, which was thoughtful, but I wanted some fresh air from outside. It was a beautiful day, and I like having fresh air.

The only issue for my wife and I was we felt the mattress was too soft for comfortable sleeping.

Small hotel property with large rooms. Feels more like a home than a hotel.
