"The facilities were superb. I would have given it 5 stars except for the staff."

The room was excellent. Breakfast was quite tasty but the coffee had run out and took awhile to be replenished and same with the food. It seems that it should have been anticipated.

I had a package delivered to the front desk but was not notified of its delivery. I sent a text inquiry but did not get an answer. I had to personally chase down where the package was.

This was a fantastic stay. I moved hotels from the Hotel Healdsburg next door (which was at least double the price and horrible) and thoroughly enjoyed by stay at the Inn. Parking was simple and free. The staff were so kind, helpful and welcoming. They had my room ready early, helped me get settled and accommodated needs for extra waters and recommendations readily and quickly. The room was spacious, clean, and had the most comfortable bed. The nighttime cookies, local recommendations, and helpful welcome packet were most welcome. Free wine tasting and breakfast were offered. The Inn is right on the central Plaza, with dozens of cute shops and restaurants nearby. Don't waste your time or money on the big property next door - stay at this charming and wonderful place! I'll definitely be coming back.

"The Carriage House room"

Beware of renting 'the Carriage House'. There are garbage trucks running nearby each of the 3 mornings we stayed with noise and smells. Additionally the Carriage House room is an odd shape with a large middle room that adds square feet to the room but serves little purpose . The Patio from the hotel's website looks enchanting but in reality it looks at over a parking lot and the patio itself had alot of depris and dirty chair cushions so we were not excited to sit out there. The morning breakfast was very basic and lacked any exciting items.

The location is fantastic. The rooms are large and comfortable. The 5pm wine and cheese is very nice.

The breakfast was just ok. I would have expected gourmet food for the price. It was mediocre.
