The staff, around the clock were absolutely outstanding! The breakfast was stunning, the hotel is beautiful and I can only compliment the staff from check-in to check-out. Drivers, your inhouse shuttle service was amazing! The restaurant staff, and the barman up in the Red Elephant Lounge - all just WOW!

The outside deck area tables were not always clean - little sticky and they can clean the ashtrays a little more regularly. In the room when cleaning and replacing the coffee condiments they replaced the 2 x Nescafe sachets with 2 x Decaf, thus I only had decaf in my room.... I need my caffeine!

We stayed here for 5 nights as part of a bigger group and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The room was well-equipped with a bonus view of Table Mountain. A bath as well as a shower which was very welcome. Every single person we encountered throughout the hotel was friendly and happy. We were treated exceptionally well by everyone. The food and drinks were great. Breakfast was wonderful with fresh eggs to order and a wide selection of buffet food. We also had lunch and drinks from time to time - always enjoyable out by the pool. The coffee shop was also handy, but a special shout out goes to Tendai in the Red Elephant bar for expertly dealing with a bunch of Irish people wanting lots of drinks every evening! He was an absolute star. Would love to return to this hotel some day - thanks for making our holiday.
