Das erste Zimmer eine Katastrophe, da ausgebucht bekamen wir das Behinderten Zimmer neben der Bar im 3.Stock. Das Personal an der Rezeption hat sich dann am nächsten Tag aber sehr bemüht und wir bekamen einen guten Room. Frühstück muss nicht im Hotel sein, gibt außen eine Coffe Bar war ok. Liegt direkt neben der Long Street…also Geräuschpegel mit einkalkulieren.

The staff was very helpful and always there when we needed them. Thank you very much especially to Sphokazi, we arrived very early to the check in time. She allowed us to check in although the room was small. The following day we’re moved to the family room. We never had a boring day as Thembisa made sure we had something/somewhere to look forward to. The restaurant staff catered for my dietary needs. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable experience 🙏🙏🙏.

I would have liked more options for glutenfree diet in the restaurant.

I had a generally good stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and the service was efficient. The room was clean and well maintained. However, my sleep was not great as my room was located next to the elevator, and the noise from it moving up and down could be heard throughout the night. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I would recommend requesting a room away from the elevator for a quieter experience.

I didn’t sleep properly during my stay. I believe the main issue was the elevator, as my room was located very close to it. Throughout the night, I could clearly hear the elevator moving up and down, along with the mechanical sounds and occasional door activity, which made it quite difficult to get uninterrupted rest. The noise seemed to carry through the walls more than expected, especially during quieter hours when everything else in the hotel was still. It wasn’t constant, but it was frequent enough to disturb my sleep multiple times during the night.
