Very friendly and helpful staff. Beds were very comfy! Lovely view of the city and mountains! Decent breakfast, with lots of choice. Good location for Ubers to tourist spots, including the waterfront.

Amazing staff, I'd recommend including buffet in your stay because the breakfast is amazing, regularly cleaned, no theft. I stayed a week and would have stayed more!

No toilet brush in the toilet but is regularly cleaned everyday so not a major problem

"Unpretentious City Hotel"

We stayed at this hotel for several nights pre cruise. Our room was large enough to store 3 suitcases and had a large bathroom. Staff were all friendly and a decent breakfast was available. Drinks, food and shops are all nearby. The main problem for us was late night noise which started around nine and went on until 4 ish. A thumping music sound from a nearby nightclub we think. Probably not a problem on other sides of the building.

The carpets in the room are a bit old and need to be changed and there is no microwave
