Hotel is centrally located, with many restaurants and attractions within easy reach. I visited on a solo trip to celebrate my 35th birthday 🎂, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. From the moment I arrived , the reception staff were warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and encouraged to reach out if I needed anything. I also appreciated the staff member assisted with my heavy luggage 🧳 😀 upon arrival which is a thoughtful service not all hotels provide. The breakfast was delicious, with wide variety of options to choose from. My room offered an amazing view of Table mountain and the beautiful lights at night made the scenery even more spectacular. Overall, I enjoyed everything about the hotel. The staff were friendly ,professional and always willing to help . Thank you for making my trip so memorable. 💝

Carpet not clean. I think air filtration system needs cleaning.

Bed was nice for the first few days, after a week I noticed some discomfort (not that the bed was bad, just different from the one at home)

Central Cape Town, friendly, clean, most convenient and with the best views of the table mountain. All staff, especially Manager Jean-Pierre, restaurant supervisor Elson, barman Ronald, Kevin, Ntombokeye were amazing.

Great breakfast. The omelette lady was brilliant with a photgraphic memory! Brilliant location.

Poor arrnagement of travel to the airport by one of the concierges which was a rip off for one of his mates.
