Great location, great facilities

Had to pay for parking considering it right outside. Location is ok but not much for a night out so having to take taxi. Internet kept buffing and was outside service room so door kept banging shut everytime staff would go in and out from 9am

Put some kind of buffing on the service door as really loud when stayed in room 4002. Every 5 mins from 9am bands shut. Or close quietly

Modern hotel, convenient location, Plenty of parking, various facilities around, friendly helpful staff.

Lack of mobile pone charging in room, although advised being upgraded to suitable sockets although there is charging facilities at reception. Some corridor fire doors I found difficult to open when moving luggage. My room door slightly swollen? Hade to slam to close. Hotel is build around a stadium and has two receptions which is a bit confusing. All minor, perhaps picky comments.

Decided not to try the breakfast - even though we'd paid for it.

Would be a nightmare location [noise, crowds & excessively full car-parks] on match days. Restaurant menu rather mundane & room service options even more limited. Restaurant seating & decor definitely done to a budget too. Although we'd paid for breakfast, we decided not to bother. The room was clean, but a large area of the paint on the wooden towel rack in the bathroom had peeled/flaked off.

Staff were all friendly. Meals were fairly good - breakfast was jolly nice - evening meal fair. Room was spacious and clean and good shower.

Paying extra for parking. The odd environs around the MK Stadium as we weren't there for a game.

I enjoyed the warm cookie welcome, and the room was a good size, clean, and comfortable.

The only downside was the distance from reception to the room, which I found challenging due to my age. It would be helpful if guests were advised of the walking distance when booking, as I would have requested a room closer to reception.
