Position where hotel is located, comfy beds

Very poor lighting for putting your makeup on ,couldn't open windows to let fresh air in ,bathroom had mould around bath silicone, sink had crack in it ,very noisy bedroom doors along corridor banging shut ,bar was shut

Large comfortable room, large bed, good bathroom. The room was very clean and quiet. Car park is convenient and lots of local facilities.

I liked the staff who were very friendly and approachable, the room was nice and big

The bath wasn't massively clean when we arrived , there was previous guests hairs still stuck to the side of the bath

Staff at the front desk were extremely helpful. We forgot a plug for the charging lead to the phone, fortunately they had one spare. The hotel was lovely and clean, rooms were very spacious. Bathroom was big, great shower. The beds were comfortable. Room was a nice temperature. Great to have a fridge in the room too, along with a hairdryer, iron, ironing board and safe. Bar staff were friendly, in fact everyone we came in contact with gave great customer service. Especially the young lady working in the bar yesterday afternoon 12/6. Very helpful, explained where the bus stop was, very friendly and chatty. Unfortunately didn’t catch her name. Think she’s only been working there a few months, but already an asset to the company. Great hotel, I’d recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again. Everything was explained, regards breakfast and the car parking and how to get discounts on them all. Brilliant customer service

We booked this as a last minute stop heading back from Wembley up to Lancashire. The check in process was great, and who doesnt love a Hilton warm cookie?!? The walk to the room was epic....really long! But when we got to the room it was lovely. Very modern, great pillows, comfy bed. The shower may be the best shower I've had. The products are great (so much so that I bought a set for home). Breakfast was the Hilton brands usual excellent variety and standard and we ate overlooking the pitch. I think we paid £73 per room with breakfast - amazing!!
