Beautiful scenery . Calmness.

The location itself is fantastic, especially during sunset. Staying over the water was a unique experience, and one of the highlights was being able to see lots of jellyfish directly from our room. The nightly fire show was very entertaining and became something we looked forward to every evening. Breakfast was decent/OK, and most of the staff at the restaurants and buggy service areas were polite, well-spoken, and many were Urdu-speaking, which gave a familiar and welcoming feeling.

The buggy service was highly impractical, especially during peak times. While checking out, we had to wait almost 45 minutes just to get a buggy. It felt like once the resort occupancy increased even slightly, the overall service quality deteriorated exponentially. Housekeeping and room maintenance were unfortunately very poor. Upon check-in, the room had a musty smell, there were lizard droppings on the walls, and even on the bed and bathtub. The wardrobes were also dusty and dirty to the extent that we had to wipe and clean them ourselves before using them. When we raised the issue, housekeeping only came and sprayed freshener, without properly addressing the cleanliness concerns. We also requested curtain replacement/cleaning because they were extremely dusty, but despite acknowledgement from staff, nothing was done throughout our 3-day stay. Another frustrating issue was the inconsistency in staff information. Trunk-2 rooms apparently do not have direct drinking water filter systems and instead rely on housekeeping providing bottled water. However, when we requested water bottles, staff repeatedly redirected us to use a filtered water setup in the room — which simply did not exist in Trunk-2.
