Friendly staff, buggy drivers and van driver to car park. Clean room and comfort environment. Good place for relax and regain energy for a new start.

Pay attention to breakfast serving - refill finished items and don't collect the spoon, fork and knife set from the table before the customers finish their breakfast.

Golden Palm Tree resort is a beautiful place although the location is a little isolated. The chalets are very clean and comfortable. There is a buggy service provided as the chalets are quite spread out. The workers are very helpful and friendly. A special mention to Kay at the buffet breakfast station who was really welcoming. The breakfast is very good, with lots of selections. Overall we had a great time at the resort.

The buggy call service from the rooms outwards is very slow. You have to wait at least 20mins. One evening there was a terrible stench coming from the sea as we were walking back to our chalets. There isn’t really much to do there. Could do with more activities.

While there were some issues during my stay, I would like to thank Mr. Adam, the manager in charge, for his outstanding service. He was patient, professional, and always willing to listen and help. His efforts made a significant difference to my experience. Mr. Adam is exactly the kind of manager every hotel should have. I hope his dedication and hard work are recognized by the management. Thank you for the excellent hospitality.

More attention to cleanliness and room maintenance would further enhance the guest experience, particularly in addressing humidity and dampness issues.

It relaxing & private. Even though the units are far into the seas, buggy facilities are very efficient & frequent. Staff were accommodating with our special request.

It’s a little bit old & some refurbishment should be done. We took the 2 Bedroom family unit. An extra bed was not permitted even thought the unit was spacious. The paid facilities are on the high side.
