Blue Chip Casino Hotel and Spa

Would love to revise this review if a manager contacts us to try to accommodate our very uncomfortable stay. Unfortunately did not have one of the wonderful stays that we have had before. Felt discriminated against and all we wanted to do was buy a $300 dinner. smh

Nice clean place

Always a nice stay.

It was very difficult to find the tower for our room. Went back to check in and he attempted to draw a map, still could not find. None of the areas outside are marked for Gambling, or the two towers. My husband uses a cane, was very difficult for him to walk trying all doors. The check in clerk then moved us from the lesser expensive tower to the one next to check in, which is the Blue Chip tower with Spa. Also, they advertise Valet service except on certain days and of course, we were there on a day with mo valet parking.

The hotel stay wss mediocre, until it became terrible when I was charged extra fees and a wifi usage fee, when I questioned it I got alot of attitude from the Hotel Supervisor that worked Wednesday morning that we must have asked for it. I literally checked in at the time they claimed they charged me. Now I am waiting for a complaint she said she will forward to the company for wifi. In addition, this same supervisor was so stingy with giving water. I saw her giving other casino members 4 bottles for 1 person. My son wanted water so badly she didn't want to even give us and she said only 2 per room. She has no manners, my son said hello and i said hello she did not answer. When she finally gave water my son said thank you she did not answer. My son said have a good day she did not answer. We were planning a visit next month with a group of friends, we will definitely not stay at this hotel.

Too Smokey and the fox was too expensive

Checking in was terrible. We were given a room that someone else was in. Then we were told that we didn't have a reservation even though we showed them our itinerary. After about half an hour they said we had a room in the old tower after being checked in to the newer one. No apologies from anyone

Front desk went against policy. Caused huge issues for me.

Lake view was slightly disappointing only being on the 6th floor. Quite rooms, great dinner at William Bs.
