Hyatt House Raleigh Durham Airport

The hotel was clean, quiet, and had. Ice amenities. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Friendly staff. Nicely equipped kitchenette in the room and a nice breakfast buffet. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. My 2 issues were 1) the parking requires a QR code and log in, rather than just getting a tag to display in the car. That was an added hoop to jump through that I saw no reason for. And 2) I couldn’t check in on arrival due to a Hyatt wide system error so I had to get back in my car and drive around looking for an open restaurant after a long travel day. That was obviously not something the desk staff could control but it was very inconvenient. Hyatt should have offered some kind of consideration for those of us left hanging around waiting to get into our rooms. Otherwise, I was pleased and will return when I come back to this area, as I do very frequently.

We were visiting the area for a wedding and came early to visit friends in Raleigh. This hotel was a great location! Loved the outdoor pool! Staff was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Very welcoming atmosphere. The room was large and clean. Loved the "suite" feeling. My husband was impressed and he travels all over the world for work.

I’ve stayed at this property routinely for 3+ years for business and when visiting family in the area. Recently the hotel changed the internet service. It’s awful - at best 19mbps up/down - no option (not even paid) to obtain higher quality internet and speeds. This totally prevents me from getting connected to my business servers and working, or even browsing - sites need higher speeds to function properly. The hotel obviously made this shortsighted change to save money - very unwise in a heavy business use area like RTP. I won’t be able to stay here in the future unless the hotel changes the internet service back to offer more high quality speeds. Also, the paid parking situation here is a pain - forcing guests to scan a code, enter information and pay for parking in this remote location is ridiculous and a nuisance. Include it in the guest portfolio charges or something to make this requirement more guest friendly vs passing the administrative responsibility to guests. There is obviously some cheap, penny pinching backwards thinking management and ownership at this Hyatt House.

I had an excellent stay at Hyatt RDU and wanted to highlight the outstanding service I received. As a Globalist member, I truly felt recognized and valued throughout my visit. Maddie at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. She proactively arranged an upgrade and secured connecting rooms for me, which made a significant difference in comfort and convenience. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm attitude set the tone for the entire stay. It’s service like this that reinforces why I continue to choose Hyatt. I appreciate the team’s commitment to elite recognition and guest satisfaction, and I look forward to staying here again.

Searched for a long time for a hotel with a pool near the airport . It was 89 degrees out and the pool was closed. Super disappointed. Breakfast buffet was good but not restocked for efficiently. No forks, very low on tea bags, out of syrup, hot water...also had someone above me with very very loud footsteps. Not very soundproof. The young man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, as was the shuttle driver. Hotel was clean. Make sure you ask if the pool is open and maybe request a room with no one above you!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet perfect for relaxing. Everything was well maintained, and the service really stood out. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
