Great customer service once you get passed the check-in process. Bar and kitchen staff are exemplary. Check-in staff were much less customer service oriented.

"it was not a place to stay when theres teams staying there."

when you ask for 2 room , you would expect rooms to be on same floor. when you travel with family you want them near you. It was very noisy with children running and jumping in halls and rooms. People celebrating at 3 AM in halls.

When we went check in at 3:30 we were told that our rooms were not available and we waited till almost 5 to check in.

Great hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the whole place was clean. Bed was super comfy. The included soaps and shampoos were all dove products. Love that! My only gripe was that the bar was closed Saturday evening.
