"Stop over stay"

Exceptional customer service from staff. Friendly and very helpful. Location is convenient as a stop over after a long flight. Room was comfortable and clean.

The only negative feedback was that one of the staff members removed a breakfast plate while my partner was still eating. He didn't return the plate neither did he sincerely apologized. We found it to be quite rude.
