Please note that there are no restaurants within a walking distance around the property, and meals cannot be added to bookings on site. To use the property's free shuttle, please make a reservation by 7 day in advance. The shuttle will depart from JR Takayama Station at the following times: 14:20 ,15:20, 16:20. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the property will do its best to accommodate your requests, but smoking preferences cannot be guaranteed. The property will neutralize smoking smells, using a deodorizer spray. Guests with food allergies or other dietary restrictions should inform the property at least 3 days in advance. Vegetarian meals are not available. Guests staying with children must notify the property in advance. Children's meals will be provided accordingly.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests must check in by 18:00 to eat dinner at this property. Guests checking in after this time may not be served dinner, and no refund will be given. Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
