Pebble Beach

A nice hotel in a lovely location. Great to have air con as the weather was very hot and the room had a fridge too which was great. Room was comfortable and the beach bar environment outside was very relaxing and service was good. Great friendly staff. Only downside was room was a little small and a crack in the bathroom sink and light switch was a temperamental, which for the money we paid I would have expected room condition to be slightly better.

We thought the bar and restaurant was very good slightly let down by the condition of the bedroom, got to say that the staff were excellent and the breakfast was outstanding

We stayed at the penthouse for Easter. Everything was so perfect! Couldn’t feel more satisfied~ The Terrance of penthouse faces directly towards the sea and the view is amazing:) Highly recommended!

The overall experience on Sunday was excellent, we stayed on a Sunday/Monday and went to the restaurant on the Sunday and as expected did not disappoint! However, be aware we did not find out the restaurant was closed on Monday/Tuesday and paid for dinner which no mention or any refund. Also disappointing on the Monday evening the other guests were loud, music playing till after 1am and the back up again at 5.30am so not the relaxing break as advertised! No one to speak to or complain and the staff not interested nor did they know the amount of people staying. For three double rooms 8 guests and which 6 were having a party. Don’t stay on a Monday or Tuesday.

Food was excellent and we have eaten at the restaurant for many years. The staff were as attentive as ever from the moment of arrival until we left. The bath is the problem in the Hurst room - it is impossible to wash your hair unless you want to put your back out. I think we have just got too used to stand up showers but it was very difficult. The walls are thin and their is a machine on the roof that goes all the time which made sleeping more difficult for the lighter sleeper. The room was very clean with all you need and the bed was comfortable. It hate creamy milk for tea, perfect for coffee drinkers but dreadful in tea - but that is just my pallet. Value for money, not sure, location yes but against some other places I have stayed not so sure.

Very nice room in a fabulous location. No onsight dining on some nights but plenty of options nearby. Beautiful coastal views make it a special place to stay. Highly recommended and I a bit of a find.

Lovely place & people. Would of preferred breakfast to be earlier than 9.30 and not continental. Needs a handle in the bath.

Location close to the beach and the walking opportunities. Helpful friendly staff, a clean tidy room with stunning views all helped.

my wife checked in whilst I parked, she was asked to pay which she did by card. However I had booked with another card expecting to pay at departure. The full amount had been taken on 28th it seems.
