The room needs some renovation. Tile floor in the bathroom cracked tub needs work and the carpet need to be checked and cleaned. I would not recommend it to anyone else.

When I got up Wednesday morning, there were so many ants on my nightstand. I killed a lot of them. On my way out to the conference, I reported this to the girl who was at the front desk. She said she was going to send the maintenance man to my room to fix the problem. I was given an apology and a free breakfast voucher. However, I am not convinced that anyone went up there. When I arrived back at the room around 6ish, more ants had covered unopened peppermint on the night stand while eating almost half of one. I went down again and reported the issue. A new person was at the desk. There were no other rooms available. The desk and bed area was sprayed with Raid. I had to be out of the room for a while and eventually slept on the sofa bed due to fear of ants crawling on me because my coworker and I did see a couple on the bed before the guy sprayed.

I didn’t get my incident charge back

Room was spacious. Mattress was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. It’s away from major roads so was very quiet.

Hotel location was great. The hotel in all was good. The rooms was ok just the beding covers was not clean under the mattress

The hotel was clean and dignified. The staff was courteous and attentive.
