Embassy Suites by Hilton Raleigh Durham Airport Brier Creek

Everything great except for the shower - very low water pressure.

I’ve stayed at hundreds of Hilton properties and tons of Embassy suites. This is by far the best ES I’ve ever stayed in. Everything about it is literally perfect. I'd like to highlight all the great features of the hotel. For starters, their shuttle service is terrific. Both drivers (Bill and the other gentleman who I didn't get his name - but I remember he said he was from California) were both so friendly and lovely. Second, the hotel itself is stunningly beautiful. The lobby area is truly breathtaking. The lobby bar is fantastic and the food served is wonderful. They even went as far as making a special order of fish tacos that were not breaded and fried since I wanted a healthier version. Kudos to the chef! The breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had in any embassy suites and quite possibly any Hilton. The rooms themselves were spacious, spotless, comfortable, and had incredibly huge and modern TVs. The gym is also first rate with plenty of cardio equipment and weights, I really appreciate how wonderful the gym was. They also recognized my status as a Diamond member and granted me a late checkout which was so nice of them. If I had to give any suggestions, my only advice would be upgrading the size of their shower towels and also offering espresso in the breakfast area instead of just coffee. Otherwise, this stay was top notch on all fronts and all embassy suites should strive for this type of perfection, a true exemplar of the Hilton standard.

The things that I didn't like was the fact that there was not any trash bags in or for the trash cans in the room and there was no trash chute for trash. We had to find a trash can in the hallway to throw the trash in
