I stayed at this hotel with 180 8th graders from Boston. The hotel is a very nice hotel and up to date. The workers were incredibly kind and patient with our party. Every morning the staff greeted us with a "Good Morning" and asked how our stay was going. The manager was super attentive and you can tell they care about their guests experience. Breakfast met our needs but some mornings were a little less than desired (overcooked pancakes, overcooked sausage). But please keep in mind they were making mass portions for our group. The rooms were very clean and updated. The TV had a personalized welcome message for me which goes to show the extra care and attention the hotel has for guests. Only other nit-picking comment would be my room did not have someone come and service it but my room was also not messy. I was the only one in the room so I can understand why it didn't need daily attention. Overall this hotel is a highly recommended place!

Elevators and ice machines did not work well. Room was on 7th floor and only ice machine working was on the 2nd floor. Some soap dispensers were empty in the bathroom. Hallways needed to be cleaned. No lamp on left of bed and no lamp on desk. Could not use the desk, too dark, except for a computer. I wonder since the room was rented thru booking.com, it was of a lower quality, lamps missing, no soap, no Hilton Honor points or the hotel is struggling and is cutting costs.
