We prefer staying at Ma and Pa motels to support small businesses. Problem with this one was we arrived but office was closed. This was 5:00 p.m. called its phone number. Manager called back and told us she walked to store, but heading back realized she had left her keys locked in her office. Had to get key from somewhere else. Took way over an hour waiting in our car. Finally got our room but it hadn’t been cleaned! Manager worked around us to clean the room because housekeeping forgot this room. Manager was nice and apologetic but whatever. The place was very nice though and we would stay here again besides all the trouble. Better than supporting big corporations!

We stayed in this hotel for two nights. I know some other reviews have knocked the front office staff for their friendliness or lack of and for the cleanliness of the ribs. I however had a different experience. My flight was delayed by a couple hours and didn't get to the hotel till 11:45 p.m. the front office staff stayed up late and made sure that we got into our room. I am super thankful of her for doing that. As to the rooms themselves, the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel itself is a little old and dated and yes could probably use some tender loving care. But for the price I paid I got exactly what I expected and was satisfied.

We needed a quick, easy and affordable place to stay for one night on our long drive and the Valley Inn was perfect! Everyone we met was kind, helpful and welcoming. It was a great stay!

Booking was easy. We had a very late checking 2:47 am and the staff was there for us. I had trouble contacting them via text or email but I was in an area with no cell service. I was able to leave a phone message. Upon arrival we were able to check in seamlessly. I was so grateful! The properfy is aged but is clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The basic amenities is all there is but that is all we wanted anyway. Bring your own blow dryer if you need one.. Thank you Valley Inn!

No one was there to help when we arrived. Had to wait 15 minutes. The place is not in good shape. The lady was very rude and yelled at us to check out 15 minutes before checkout.
