Valley Inn

The pictures online are very misleading. The walls were dirty, remote control was coated in crusted food, hair in the shower and on bed, stains in the carpet and chair, broken blinds in bathroom, and our bathroom towels had stains on them. There was also a very funky smell..

The light bulb in the lamp was not working and they would not replace the bulb. No chair in the room. No curtain over the bathroom window. No hangers in the closet had to ask for them. Door lock barely functional. Appears as tho they do minimal maintenance on the place. Our business partners in the 2nd room did not have adequate towels and wash cloths. Would not reccommend this place to anyone.

aThis place was Horrid, dirty inside and out. room stunk was filthy, drain was clogged, nobody available at service window. Employee was very rude at check inn. bathroom only had a half of roll of paper, awful stay here. I would like my money back????

Dirt, disgusting service

I got to the hotel and they said i didnt have a reservation. Tried calling Hotel. Com and could never reach a person. The auto system would not recognize my confirmation number. will not be paying any charge they tey and charge

I would never stay there again. Carpet had stains all over it. The pillow cases had big stains and small BLOOD stains on 2 of them. Bio hazard! The whole wall power outlets pulled completely out of the wall!! The table lamp didn’t work. The dead bolt on the front door didn’t work! It didn’t line up with the hole. The whole door handle and mount was very loose and pulled away from door when opening. ( the top screw was almost falling out. There was dark longs hairs on the pillow case and the bathroom floor. The bathroom garbage can haD A LARGE PILL still in it from the previous guest. If it hadn’t been 10:00pm when we got there, I would have left and found another hotel. Horrible!!

We arrived at 11:30pm front desk staff was Rude, demanded a $100 cash deposit,.Upon checkout, same clerk was dismissive, and to busy to say thank you. Overall the property looked poorly maintained, over grown,

This is a simple but clean place to stay. No frills but also no bugs or disgusting things in rooms.

Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the rooms are comfortable and you get a discount at the Denny’s

We came really late and the owner was still nice enough to rent my room and I loved the room me and my girlfriend felt so cozy and the town Lebanon itself is so beautiful!! There’s a huge thrift store right next to it also!!
