Valley Inn

Check in was on confusing side on Staff side. The room was not that comfortable and the bedding was extremely in need of new blankets and linens. Put a bit of money into it and be much better. Bath essentials were given, toilet and shower were clean. Walls had some need in repair. The parking lot was loaded with cig butts. The WIFI was not given to us and they did not answer the phone.

Upon arrival at the hotel after a 13 hours drive, we were ready to shower and sleep. Firstly, the front desk attendant wasn’t wearing a mask to check us in. A non-smoking room was booked, but a $100 cash deposit was required to get the room key and were told “if you don’t smoke, you get it back”. The room itself was subpar: the carpet was moist from humidity and smelled bad, the room was very cold, the shower was dirty, chairs had cigarette burns, and overall just not as advertised. We decided we were too tired to care much as there wasn’t time to make new accommodations. I took a shower (there was plenty of hot water, at least), my partner was going to climb into bed, but when I came back out, the bedding was pulled back but my partner was sitting on the end of the bed. I looked at the sheets - they were wrinkled, there was a used tissue in the bed, and about five small black insects crawling on the sheets. We immediately took pictures, packed up and went to the front desk. We were refused both a new room and a refund. Since we couldn’t find other accommodations, we drove to the nearest rest stop and slept in our car for the night. Absolutely would not recommend this hotel, under any circumstances.

Great place to stay!! Clean room and friendly service. Also conveniently located just off of the main strip. I would definately stay again next year!

The bathroom was very nasty they need new housekeepers I always have to bleach it down before using

Was a nice little place to stay. Could have been cleaner, but my daughter and I have both been housekeepers and are very picky!

So! The hotel Male manager was Amazing!!! However, the sink in my room on day 3 busted! And leaked water all over the bathroom floor, and the shower didn’t had no cold water pressure like at all!!! And only barely came out! But it was doable. At the final check out the Lady manager was who I was serviced by and she had terrible people skills! I didn’t know it was MY job to clean the room upon check out! I don’t mind but I don’t like that she told me I had to or she was keeping my deposit and when my chocolate lab puppy went to say hi to her she went almost into hysterics so basically if you have interactions with the male manager your likely to have an amazing experience and if not well be patient

The shower head was worn as was the toilet...They were in need of some maintenance to secure them better. It wasn’t a bad place overall, it was in a good location. It’s just an older building so it had some twerks in the plumbing but it worked for us. We’ll stay here again. The front desk lady was very nice.
