Valley Inn

They advertise free WIFI, but it wasn't accessible. No DVD player. Had to ask for pillow cases.

There is nothing special about this property. You can stay at 2 other similar motels in Lebanon for about $20 less than this one. They seem to have some sort of smoking scam going on. While you can book a smoking room on Travelocity, the motel does not have any smoking rooms. If you smoke in a room, they will charge you a fee. There is only 1 No Smoking sign posted on the property right outside the office door stating, "You can not smoke within 10 feet of the office door.

Super nice check in guy at the counter, went out of his way to accommodate my situation. Beds very comfortable, clean and in overall good shape. Will stay again.

It was close to shopping and friends.The room was on the ground level.The person in the office was very nice.

No one was in the office when we arrived. Check in was supposed to start at 3:00 and we arrived after that. We rang the bell several times and called the phone number that was provided. No response. There was an unrelated business on site and that gentleman found the clerk. She was nice when she finally showed. Apparently she was doing double duty as she had been cleaning rooms. Older motel but clean. No facial tissue was provided.

Booked through Orbitz and while they send you a MILLION emails they do not send reminders about your bookings. I had totally forgotten about this booking due to a couple recent deaths in the family. So I never stayed at this hotel. Spoke with the owner of hotel who was unable to cancel my booking the same day and seemed like he was having a bad day. Paid for a room I didn't use. I have no idea if it was clean or dirty or if the bed was comfy.

The facility is older, the room showed some wear, but was very clean. For the price and just needed a place to sleep, it was great!

One gets what the pay for and this property is low cost. Beds comfortable but place needs work. Faucets plumbed wrong. After running the normally hot faucet for 10 minutes, wasting a lot of water, thought I'd check and see if they were reversed, which they were. If management doesn't want to change it, why not just have red and blue stickers on the faucets? Had to wait a long time for someone to respond to the bell when I needed a plunger. I was told where to find it and had to fix it as it was inside out. Not breakfast first day of stay as there were only 2 rooms occupied. When it was served, the only coffee was the one in your room and ours was missing the part where you put the filter and coffee so we had none.

Very nice service. A bit in the rough side but that’s to be expected in Lebanon.
