I would time to praise the ManagerThresa for her wonderful problem solving skills, welcoming nature and ability to make everyone feel comfortable.. I was provided with a complementary drink voucher and my luggage was taken to my room for me. I slept so well in the comfy bed too. I am a regular customer who is always impressed with the service at the hotel. See you in 3 weeks time.

Good location, next to DFO

The sound of running water coming from the roof. Pipes must be running through the roof space as the first night, everytime someone had a shower or went to the toilet, all I heard was running water. Made it difficult to sleep. Make sure you book at the restaurant as it fills up quickly. I was told by the front counter staff I didn't need to book but was then told by the restaurant staff I definitely needed to book.
