Very disappointed, on arrival after a long trip and several confirmation email found there was no room for my family and extended family the meals. The counter staff then went outside a room was found , the count staff blamed the new kiosks checkin system . Again this was disappointed after having stayed at t he hotel every time we fly to bali and just 1 week prior . We had every intention to stay again in November which we will not be doing . This after our previous stay in November and found the hotel d I sent even have a vending machine for a drink or bag of chips.

Decent hotel booked due to location to airport and promise of shuttle bus. Waited 30 mins for shuttle bus which never appeared, and then paid $25 for an uber. Arrived at hotel to be told shuttle bus wasn’t running.

Lack of transport to and from airport.
