We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Phuket Kata Avista Resort & Spa during our family vacation. The resort offers beautiful views, excellent facilities, spacious rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. The location is convenient, with easy access to Kata Beach and nearby attractions. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. A special thanks to Maya and Yok for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care throughout our stay. They were always warm, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our family had a comfortable and memorable experience. Their friendly smiles and prompt assistance made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. 3 star Hotel disguised as 5 star Don't fall for the stars Everything was extremely average I would rate it 3 stars but gave 2 star because it felt a little like it was falsely advertised.

The rooms ( we had 3 rooms) where wet, the floor, the walls, everything. Very moist. The beds felt wet and disgusting. Our clothes all moist. Dangerous moist floor because very slippery.
