Really nice hotel & the front lobby staff were so friendly ! We had a small issue with our room & the front reception helped us very quickly - we appreciated that a lot! 🙏🏼

A very warm welcome in the midst of heavy rains and winds in rather well laid out building. The staff are particularly accommodating and clearly explained the facilities and services at check in. Breakfast was a smorgasbord of western, Thai and Indian Delights with an excellent and well signed vegetarian dishes. The rather persistent monsoon necessitated meals in the airy restaurant - and this was rewarded with speedy and courteous service. Although a limited menu showcasing the aforementioned cuisines. The selection would satisfy most and all the dishes we ordered were excellent. We wish to congratulate the General manager Khun Massimo who was seen helping to clear the wet pathways in the storm when we arrived. His team deserves full accolades for keeping a tight ship with rather adverse conditions. Standing out are Khun Din at the restaurant and Khun Grace who was most solicitous and who remembered and followed up with our requests Thank you and we will visit again

Every thing was amazing. Good hotel with GREAT staff and thats what makes the difference Special shout out to TAE (little ocean kids club) She made my daughter feel special. Paid attention to every detail and ensured she had the time of her life Guitar, cartoon and Din at the restaurant ensured we were fill till our hearts content Always smiling always happy ensured we never had a dull moment Not forgetting BP at the kids play area Amazing staff and the best asset any organization could have This was my 2nd visit here and rest assured ill be coming back for more Keep up the great work Cheers
