I stayed at Ginger Jamshedpur from 29 Nov to 1 Dec while attending my cousin’s marriage, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The entire event was so well organised, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover the large ground at the back of the property — I had no idea it existed even after so many years of living! It turned out to be the perfect venue for hosting a big marriage celebration. The stay was comfortable, the staff were helpful, and everything was managed smoothly. Thank you for the hospitality.

Cleanliness is Good but still to be improved

I liked the atmosphere of the room the most, it was cozy , a convenient table and chair and and mostly the English movie channels on TV which usually I never get in the hotels these days The food was good, the service was also very nice..liked the tea there. Overall a great experience.

Well I was made to wait at reception after giving and signing ID copy etc..while checking for quite some time..the guy at the desk was very polite though....when I asked him why people who came after me were handed room keys before me , he said they had booked a bigger or more expensive room while mine was standard.. The explanation I didn't quite like and the check in line should go as per people in the queue..That happens everywhere ( in standard hotels) right?.

The support from the staff, including the kitchen. Only the Lady receptionist is not good.

The room could have been a little bigger, and there should be an option for smoking rooms or a designated smoking area on the premises. Otherwise, it was a beautiful place to stay for business purposes.

The rooms should have been bigger, but the staff was on the slower side. Whenever I wanted something, they took more than 30 minutes to bring it to me, even a bottle of water or food. Otherwise, it's cool.
