Very bad service 😒

Breakfast was good, exceeded expectations in terms of food selection and quality. all fresh and a wide selection.

The room could have been a little bigger, and the bathroom is too small.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city and easy to commute to anywhere. The staff was polite and quick. Rooms were clean and baring some old furniture showing some rattling, everything else was fine. Food was good. Hotel had a few basic games to keep kids engaged.

Some old furnitures were not in shape.

It’s a decent property at the rate if you are getting it at 2.5k. The interior are also okay.. but fairly priced at the given rate. If the price increases then the quality also should be better. All is good other wise. Decent polity staff.. no tention room. No fussyness. Calm and simple.

The hotel emailed me that if my booking is of day booking, then late checking will not be allowed and will have to check out by 5pm . Mine wasnt the case as I’d booked for overnight stay. But this email made things unnecessarily tensed.

Horrible experience always ready for cheating. They love to impose some cost on your stay. Even they charge for tooth brush n saving cream. Horrible staff behaviour
