Sue was fantastic and very accommodating. Funny smell in building but comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Good secure parking. Overall good accommodation.

Very basic comforts and amenities. No remote control for the TV. One star ⭐️ rating

Dirty disgusting management rude

Check in was meant to be 2pm yet we finally gained access at 5.30pm, there were 4 people staying yet no towels were present, we had to ask for them, a bobby pin was used to hold a blind down so when we tried to open it it wouldn’t! Someone ( whom I later found outcdid not work for the company) entered our app’ment without permission using a master key ! There was no remote provided for use with the tv, ……….

Property filthy with bird droppings on and around air conditioning unit. Exhaust fans dirty. Blinds broken. Bath rooms mouldy. Keys not available on arrival and when eventually issued 1 not working

Was a wonderful stay. Peaceful quite and room was very clean. Definitely would recommend.

Was good experience, only used hotel for showers an to sleep but was excellent

Liked the proximity to transport, shops, restaurants. Liked the friendly check in and call to verify. Liked the room and amenities. Didn't like that there was no face washer in the bathroom.

Was a good stay!... clean room... a pity covid is present because the gym and spa were closed.... none the less it was good!

Luca the property manager was genuine and thoughtful. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable, excellent value. The on-site restaurant was one of the best I have had the pleasure to eat at. Location was good, walking distance to all needs
