Melbourne Dandenong Central Apartment

The reception is unattended and they have a key pick up system. the keys were not ready at the appointed time, left standing in the street. The bathroom door was missing a handle, the TV remote was nowhere to be found, the curtain raiser failed to work and the Wifi password was wrong and no one was there to ask. The property itself is nice and quite modern, but a series of failures of maintenance and staffing was disappointing. The new management have made decisions to cut costs, but they have not worked out well.

Had an issue with an open window (missing a winder) which was resolved immediately; very pleased with the prompt friendly service.

Budget accommodation. Issues that were highlighted to Management were mostly addressed in a timely manner.

Reception mostly not at desk ,need to incur international call charges if need any help. Check in confusion as the building is share with offices. Especially having on where to park initially. Shld come up with SOP to share with us. Room service also not consistent, First day oni

Very close to the heart of Dandenong which is convenient. Being so close made it very noisy at night. No frills is the best way to describe this hotel. The king size bed was the highlight.

Check in was difficult because the phone diversion wasn't working so no-one answered my calls

Just read multiple reviews stating the lack of cleaning and rude management. Couldn't agree more! Can't believe I didn't see the reviews previously, I would not have booked....

The rooms hadn't been cleaned

Bathroom and shower were not very clean. Could not get into the hotel/ room despite calling the hotel a few days out to confirm. Had to call an after hours number and wait for them to come and let us in.
